The AECIS Association - an acronym for the European Association for Culture Innovation Sustainability - is the logical continuation of ALTI FORMAGGI, an association of several PDO Cheese Protection Consortia, since its establishment in 2011, which has carried out a wealth of in-depth dissemination activities for both consumers and operators in the sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Talking about culture, referring to the wealth of knowledge related to innovation (in the broadest sense) and sustainability, makes the objectives of AECIS immediately visible: to meet the challenge of the transition to sustainable food systems, as also indicated by the EU \u201cFarm to Fork\u201d strategy at the heart of the European Green Deal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Association has therefore aligned itself with these principles, seeking to become a witness and a concrete interpreter of this new course.<\/p>

Formed by Protection Consortia recognised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture (today Masaf) - Provolone Valpadana, Piave and Casciotta di Urbino - it has therefore absorbed into its statute the recent orientations of community policies projected towards a sustainable future, to which the agro-food sector can and must make a significant contribution in redefining new production and consumption models.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
