Charting the course for a sustainable culture

AECIS promotes an integrated vision of sustainability, which goes beyond the product to embrace the entire food culture. Training, research and dissemination become tools for spreading virtuous models, capable of generating value along the entire supply chain and awareness in the daily choices of consumers.

Created as a natural evolution of ALTI FORMAGGI, the AECIS Association brings together a number of Italian Protection Consortia to promote European agri-food culture through dialogue between innovation and sustainability. The association interprets the objectives of the European Green Deal, aligning itself with the “Farm to Fork” to accompany the transition towards fairer and more sustainable food systems.
