General Project Structure<\/h2>\nThe project envisages, under the direction of a presenter with proven and recognised expertise in the field of training and sustainability (Alex Revelli), the realisation of training video lessons, each divided into two distinct and complementary moments.\n<h3>Part 1 - Theoretical overview (30 minutes)<\/h3>\n- Exposition of contents with slide support.\n- Talks by qualified guests (Consortia representatives, university experts, certification bodies, sector technicians).\n- Focus on the strategic themes of the project.\n<h3>Part Two - Practical gastronomic application<\/h3>\nAt the end of the lessons (from 2 to 9), chef Antonio Danise will create 3 recipes for each episode using the cheeses belonging to the Consortia associated with AECIS, with the aim of\n- enhance the PDO product in its culinary versatility\n- communicate the link between certified quality and sustainability;\n- strengthen the positioning of the products with operators and consumers.\n<h2>2. Dissemination and e-learning platform<\/h2>\nThe video lessons will be distributed via the certified Cisco Webex e-learning platform.\n<h2>3. Articulation of the 10 episodes<\/h2>\n<strong>Lesson 1 - Introduction to the training course: sustainability and PDO dairy supply chains<\/strong>\n\nPresentation of the AECIS training project, its objectives and course content.\nOutline of the role of PDO dairy supply chains in the European agrifood context and introduction to the main themes that will be developed in the following lessons: sustainability, certification, competitiveness and territorial valorisation.\n<h3>Lesson 2 - The European framework for agri-food sustainability<\/h3>\nInsight into the European Green Deal and the Farm to Fork and Biodiversity 2030 strategies: objectives, tools and operational implications for PDO supply chains.\n<h3>Lesson 3 - The three pillars of sustainability applied to PDO supply chains<\/h3>\nIntegrated analysis of environmental, social and economic dimensions and their translation into company management dynamics.\n<h3>Lesson 4 - The value of Geographical Indications in sustainable development models<\/h3>\nThe contribution of PDO products to territorial protection, biodiversity, social cohesion and economic competitiveness.\n<h3>Lesson 5 - Sustainability Standards, Indicators and Certification Systems<\/h3>\nOverview and comparative analysis of existing certification schemes, focusing on measurable and third-party verifiable indicators.\n<h3>Lecture 6 - From Domestication to Animal Welfare - Ethology, Farming Systems and Implications for Milk Production\u201d.\u201d<\/h3>\nAnimal welfare as a close connection between quality production and respect for the animal.\n<h3>Lesson 7 - Standards, Indicators and Certification Systems for Social Sustainability and Tourism<\/h3>\nOverview and comparative analysis of existing certification schemes, focusing on measurable and third-party verifiable indicators.\n<h3>Lesson 8 - Consumer Communication and Brand Enhancement<\/h3>\nUse of the collective brand, information transparency, market positioning and prevention of greenwashing.\n<h3>Lesson 9 - Construction of a shared supply chain pathway<\/h3>\nComparison between farms and producers: exchange of best practices, definition of common objectives and planning of an integrated sustainable strategy.\n\n<strong>Lesson 10 - Summary of the training course and future prospects<\/strong>\n\nConcluding lecture summarising the entire course.\nSynthesis of the contents addressed, reflections on the operational tools that have emerged and discussion with representatives of the supply chain on future prospects for the sustainability of PDO production.\nSharing of the main best practices and indications for the development of common strategies between Consortia, enterprises and the territory.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COMPETENZE PER IL FUTURO Sostenibilit\u00e0 e valorizzazione delle indicazioni geografiche casearie 1.
